Well, all you need is to write a lot and get people to tear through your grammar mistakes. How do you get people to correct you? The best place is of course at http://lang-8.com/ where you write posts and your friends correct you. I use it to polish my currently-broken Japanese :) For example see my heavily corrected post here: http://lang-8.com/?m=pc&a=page_fh_diary&l=en&target_c_diary_id=13411 (the blue and red markers are corrections) But in reciprocal you must also help others, for example native English speakers studying the Indonesian language :).
